Merchandise Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Outbound shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If exchanging for another item, or requesting store credit, return shipping is free within the continental US. Up to 1 free return shipping label will be provided per order. If returning for credit back to the original payment method, customers are responsible for return freight charges.
All returned items must be received in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Pilot Toys can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. All accessories/promotional items included with the product must be returned. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Before returning any merchandise customers must first contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 7 business days and all returns must be postmarked within 7 days of obtaining the RMA number.
All claims for damage, errors, or shortages of the merchandise delivered must be made within 48 hours from delivery of the merchandise.
